Odisha COVID-19 Tally Nears 400 Mark With 3 New Positive Cases

Three new COVID-19 positive cases were detected in Odisha today taking the total number of infected persons in the State to 394.
Out of the three new cases, one was from Jajpur, one is from Mayurbhanj and the last one case was reported from Cuttack district, informed Odisha Health and Family Welfare Department on its website.

Meanwhile, as many as 17 COVID-19 positive persons recovered today including seven cases of Sundergarh, five cases of Khurda, three cases of Bhadrak and two cases of Balasore taking the total number of recoveries in the State to 85.

Earlier today, Odisha recorded 14 new Covid-19 cases on Monday, taking the State’s tally to 391.
Of the fresh cases, 12 cases were detected in Ganjam district and one each in Sundergarh and Kendrapara.

According to the State Health department, a total of 3698 RT-PCR tests have been conducted in Odisha in the last 24 hours.

As far as the number of coronavirus cases in India are concerned, 4,213 new cases and 97 deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours. The total positive cases stood at 67152 with 44029 active cases, 20917 cured/discharged/migrated and 2206 deaths.
